The love language of “Quality Time” is a language of expressing love through spending focusing, unhurried time with another. Quality time is not time spent multi-tasking. Quality time is time spent doing and talking about things that are important to the one you love. One who speaks the language of “Quality Time” is refreshed through one on one time.
Mark 1:35
“Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up,
left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.”

- Spend time with Jesus, focused and unhurried
- Spend time in God’s creation
- Spend time reading and memorizing God’s word
- Spend time saying Thank you to God. With school aged kids go through the alphabet and think of something to say Thank you for with each letter, with preschool children use colors and shapes.

- Let your friend or sibling choose the activity and spend time doing what they want to do.
